403(b)/457(b)/401(a)

A tax-sheltered plan for eligible employees. Aviben reviews and authorizes transaction paperwork on behalf of the district.

125 FLEX

An employer-sponsored benefit that allows employees to be reimbursed for expenses tax-free. Our instructors are trained and experienced in Section 125. Aviben offers a prepaid Benefit Card for conveniently using 125 Flex Medical benefits in certain stores.

HRA

A tax-free savings arrangement allowing employees to be reimbursed for some medical expenses. Reimbursement may be provided to active employees or retirees. Aviben offers a prepaid Benefit Card for conveniently using HRA benefits in certain stores.

COBRA

Employers with 20+ employees must provide group health care coverage. Aviben provides notices, monitors COBRA coverage periods, and collects premiums.

HSA

An individually owned tax-exempt account used to pay for qualified medical expenses. Aviben provides you with a competitive interest bearing HSA account.

ACA TRACKER

Benefits include customization for K-12 environment and audit support. Request a proposal from Aviben to ensure that appropriate steps are taken during this process.
