Participants have direct access to our in-office, Minnesota- and Hawaii-based Service Team by phone, live chat, or email. Calls ring directly to the Service Team with no phone trees or long wait times. Employers have direct access to our Plan Administrators and Benefit Consultants, who can assist with questions regarding plan administration and plan design.
