Josh began his IT career at Oracle before joining a startup consulting firm, where he enjoyed helping clients achieve their technology goals while helping build the consulting business. He brings deep expertise in health, retirement, and cafeteria benefit plans from leading IT Operations at a national benefits administration organization and is known for bridging strategy and execution, simplifying complexity, and building strong, accountable teams.
