Members of the Aviben Service Team answer participant questions and process individual claims and transaction requests. When participants contact Aviben, they will be assisted by a friendly, knowledgeable team member without having to navigate phone trees or experience long wait times. Whether it is getting a spending account claim approved, a 403(b) transaction request submitted to the appropriate investment provider, or some other question answered, the Service Team members take pride in providing truly exceptional customer service.

Aviben is also supported by a stellar group of finance and IT professionals who ensure the optimal design and operation of Aviben’s systems and processes. In addition, Aviben’s Marketing Team serves as a resource for designing employer and participant resources, employee communication templates, and benefit guides.
